Our coffee wholesaling company is looking for salespeople in various Cebu locations. The sales position is for independent contractors, part-time four hours per day, three days per week, with possibility to transition into full-time employment in the future.

Job Requirements and Essential Skills

• Must have at least three years of proven sales, with employers references.
• Must live in the Cebu City area and have your own transportation and smartphone.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, sales technique, be meticulous and well organized.
• Must know how to navigate using Google maps.
• Must Submit a daily sales report.

Job Description

• Drive to convenient stores and mini-markets, using a list which we will provide. Give away free coffee samples and get a signed contract to buy our coffee products. You will not be responsible for delivery of products.
• Maintain a monthly sales quota.
• Submit a daily sales reports, and feedback from store owner and manager.
• Contact and visit existing customers periodically.

Job Classification and Compensation

• The position is for a part-time independent contractor only, this is not a full-time employment. No medical or paid vacation benefits are included.
• You will be paid the legal minimum hourly wage plus commission which can vary from 5% to 15% depending on experience.
